In traditional training methodologies, weeks are spent in classrooms teaching students these major components and their intended relationships and operation. The materials utilized are typically two dimensional drawings and blue prints augmented by textual descriptions. Digesting and understanding the traditional information can lead to gross misunderstandings and confusion as to how these systems operate. Truly understanding the integrated operation may not be achievable at all.
With this type of 3D animation the efficiency of learning is improved and retention is visually reinforced. The design intent was to interactively utilize visualization to efficiently understand the internals of “how it works” and to interactively portray with simulation “how it operates”. This visualization coupled to real-time control room simulation supported with detailed curriculum provides an efficient and revolutionary educational experience unmatched in the training industry.
