HAL D. PARIS, CEO

Mr. Paris, CEO and cofounder of TRILINK, possesses a wide variety of business experience in the management of power plant development and simulation/training concerns in the U.S., East Europe, West Europe, Far East and Middle East; as well as in the design, manufacture, and delivery of computer simulation projects, training solutions and related technologies. He has demonstrated leadership and vision evidenced by continued advancement and increased responsibilities. Mr. Paris has managed all critical business components individually and collectively; business development, acquisitions, operations, engineering, and service.

Mr. Paris was responsible for the startup of two companies, the merger of a third (with a resultant IPO) and two successful acquisitions. He has excellent analytical, problem solving, and team building skills with a high standard of ethics and strong customer commitments as well as being technically varied, and financially strong. Mr. Paris has an entrepreneurial spirit with the ability to build strong relationships with people from many cultures and engineering disciplines. He has managed and executed several multi-million dollar multi- year international projects with in-country partners.

As a Senior Executive Vice President of GSE, Mr. Paris developed the strategic vision combining computer simulation, training methodologies, universities and visualization technologies to address the training and education needs of the nuclear, petrochemical and energy sectors. He implemented the vision by attracting leading individuals and companies and integrated technical competencies, growing the business unit organization to a $10 million operation in two years. He designed, developed and marketed engineering and operations training centers in the US, UK and UAE unlike any in the world in conjunction with major universities; Georgia Institute of Technology, Strathclyde and UAE Higher Colleges of Technology.

Mr. Paris was responsible for all international business P&L operations for GSE Powers Systems Corporation reporting to the President. These responsibilities included marketing and sales, hardware and software engineering, manufacturing, training and documentation, bid and proposals. The corporation's revenues were primarily derived from Nuclear and Fossil simulation products and services. He reorganized the operation and doubled backlog within one year.

Other experience/accomplishments include:

• As the Vice President of Operations for General Physics International he participated in company startup and the development of a new simulation technology. Marketed graphical engineering simulation model building tools for complex power plant and nuclear reactor systems. GPI entered the market gaining an average of 15% market share after the first year of operation competing against Westinghouse, ABB, CAE and Singer-Link. Managed projects in U.S., Czechoslovakia, Taiwan, and Russia. Assisted in marketing activities in the, Sweden, Germany, Spain. Successfully completed the "Due Diligence" process and resultant merger to consolidate the two major computer simulation competitors, General Physics International and S3 Technologies. The consolidation resulted in combined revenue of 50 million dollars.

• Developed and implemented detailed business and marketing plans gaining market share in the U.S., Korea, Taiwan, England and China and developed a presence in Japan, Thailand and Singapore. Assembled a versatile team of professionals to market and manage contracts in these regions. Achieved results in the Pacific Rim and East Europe by developing in-country partners and conducting technology transfers totaling 20M over a two year period.

• Director, Engineering Services and Southeast Regional Manager Core Corp for four years providing operating support to the nuclear industry in the area of training systems; procedure development, simulation and maintenance. He has been a Simulator Training Specialist, Training Specialist; Simulator Test Engineer.

• Reactor Operator, U.S Navy : 1973-1979
